Our Priorities For New York

Building a better New York, where families live at ease in homes that are within their reach, and where they feel every voice matters.

Affordable Housing & Homelessness

Expand affordable housing so New Yorkers can live comfortably in the neighborhoods they love.

Address homelessness with long-term solutions providing stability for renters and owners.

Public Safety & Community Trust

Building a safer city by investing in community-based safety, and ensuring every neighborhood feels secure without sacrificing civil rights or fairness.

Public safety is always a concern in big cities from schools to streets to crime. New York city needs more and better trained police as well as more community, civilian based safety

Economic Equity & Family Support

Champion living-wage jobs, childcare affordability, and small business growth to support working families.

We are so lucky to live in such diverse city. We want all of our communities to feel appreciated at work and home.

As a write-in candidate for mayor, Carole Anne is fighting for a safer, fairer, stronger New York where every voice matters.

mission and vision

Our mission is to make New York better and smarter — a city that protects families, lifts up students
and ensures that all New Yorkers have the best chance in life.

Our vision is a city where schools nurture talent, communities feel safe, housing
and healthcare are within reach for all.

Schools & Education

Every student should graduate an NYC high school speaking at least two additional languages beside their own native language, and have a foundation in Latin to strengthen critical thinking.
Smaller class sizes, more assistant teachers, and a return of art and music to spark creativity and opportunity.
Year-round enrichment, including after-school projects, summer programs such as the Fresh Air Fund, sports and expanded student internships in city agencies.
Support working parents through quality early daycare options, with the choice to stay home if they wish.

Public Safety

More and better-trained police, with language skills and psychological training to better serve our diverse communities.
Stronger school security and more transit police presence where needed — without turning the city into a military zone.
Gun buy-back incentives, discussions on alternatives like mace, and also civilian based programs to reduce violence.

Housing & Healthcare

Expand affordable housing through 80-20, or similar developments, including modern updates to such well known models such as Mitchell-Lama and Hunters Point South. Reduce reliance on shelters.
Strengthen women, children and family services, to connect housing, school, and safety.
If more doctors, along with other medical professionals volunteer time to low cost community care we can expand more health to more New Yorkers.

I’m running to make New York safer, smarter, and stronger — a city run by a woman who knows what it is to be a single mother where children prosper in schools, where families are proud of their neighborhood. All New Yorkers should have access to the bests housing and healthcare available. Our future depends on investing in education on us building trust and safety together. Together, we can write in a stronger New York.
